Registration Guidelines
The International Conference on Science, Technology, and Innovation (ICSTI) offers virtual and in-person attendees a seamless and user-friendly registration process. Below is detailed information on how to register for the event, including deadlines, fee structures, and what each registration type includes.
1. Registration Process
To register for ICSTI, follow these simple steps:

Visit the Registration Page
Navigate to the official ICSTI Registration Page. -
Create an Account
First-time attendees must create an account by providing essential contact information, including name, email address, affiliation, and country of residence. Returning users can log in using their existing credentials. -
Select Registration Type
Choose from one of the available registration types based on your participation (in-person or virtual) and category (presenter, attendee, student, or industry professional). More details about each registration type are provided in the section below. -
Submit Payment
After selecting your registration type, you will be prompted to complete the payment process. Payment instructions and invoice options will be provided after you complete the registration form. -
Confirmation Email
Once your payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details, receipt, and further instructions for participation, including access to the conference platform (for virtual attendees).

3. What's Included
In-Person Attendees
All in-person registrations include:
- Full access to all plenary and parallel sessions
- Entry to workshops, panels, and networking events
- Conference materials (badges, program book, and other handouts)
- Refreshments during coffee breaks and lunches
- Access to the conference dinner (for premium packages or at an additional fee, if applicable)
- Access to post-conference recordings and materials
Virtual Attendees
For virtual participants, registration includes:
- Access to all virtual sessions and workshops via Zoom
- Participation in live Q&A sessions with speakers
- Access to networking lounges for virtual meetups
- Post-conference access to recorded sessions and materials
