3. Anonymization for Double-Blind Review

To ensure a fair double-blind peer review process:

  • Remove all author-identifying information from the manuscript, including names, affiliations, and acknowledgements.
  • Replace self-references with “Author(s)” where necessary.
  • Ensure that file properties (metadata) do not contain author information.

4. Submission Procedure

Manuscripts must be submitted through the ICSTI online submission system [Link to submission system]. The submission process includes the following steps:

  1. Create an account: Register as a new user or login to the system.

  4. Complete the submission: Ensure all required fields are filled out and submit the manuscript for review.

5. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process:

  • Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant field.
  • Reviewers will assess the manuscript based on originality, methodology, clarity, significance, and alignment with the conference theme.
  • Authors will receive constructive feedback, and revisions may be requested before final acceptance.

6. Ethics and Originality

By submitting to ICSTI, authors affirm that:

  • The work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
  • All data, including figures and tables, are free from fabrication or falsification.
  • All co-authors have made significant contributions and approved the manuscript's final version.
  • Proper attribution and citations are provided for any referenced material.

Plagiarism checks will be conducted on all submissions, and any ethical breaches may result in the rejection or retraction of the paper.
